Terms of Use for WhatsApp as a Customer Service and Communication Channel with ATLANTIC EXCHANGES SPA

Customer Service and Communication Policy via WhatsApp

By using the WhatsApp channel to interact with Atlantic Exchanges SPA, the Client accepts WhatsApp as an official communication and customer service channel with Atlantic Exchanges SPA, with RUT 77.896.935-1 and registered address at Calle Curanipe 4436, Ñuñoa, Región Metropolitana, Santiago de Chile (hereinafter, ATLANTIC EXCHANGE), for all services associated with the same account holder.

ATLANTIC EXCHANGE is the data controller for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). The data will be processed solely for the purpose of managing and maintaining the commercial relationship with the Client.

ATLANTIC EXCHANGE regularly uses the WhatsApp application as a channel for customer service and communication, in order to streamline procedures, provide service-related updates, and allow Clients to submit inquiries or requests directly to ATLANTIC EXCHANGE.

This communication channel is offered as an additional and voluntary service, and ATLANTIC EXCHANGE reserves the right to modify or discontinue it at any time, either generally or individually, particularly in cases where improper use is detected. Improper use is defined as any interaction that does not pertain to managing, resolving, or inquiring about services provided by ATLANTIC EXCHANGE.

Clients are not obligated to use WhatsApp as a communication channel with ATLANTIC EXCHANGE. If desired, they may block this communication method or express at any time their preference not to receive messages via WhatsApp. Such requests can be submitted either through WhatsApp or via the following contact methods:

Clients are required to use this communication channel in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy, as well as with the terms and conditions of WhatsApp in effect at the time of use.

In compliance with applicable data protection regulations, ATLANTIC EXCHANGE informs Clients that, to facilitate communication management related to contracted services, it proposes the use of this instant messaging platform. The Client’s explicit and unequivocal consent will be requested for this purpose.

Clients may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and objection by sending a written request to:
